Three Tree Point (north) is a little gem tucked in a nice, quiet neighborhood. This is the place to see Spotted Ratfish, at least I have had some luck in encountering them here. The parking situation is really tough because this is in a residential neighborhood. But honestly, Three Tree Point is one of my favorite dive site here in Puget Sound.

Dive Site Information
Dive Profile: I typically do this as two dives. Explore the right side as the first dive and then straight as second.
For the right side: swim North to the buoy and descnd. Maintain about 50-70ft /15-18 m to see most of the artificial reef. When in doubt, I would swim shallower.
If just going straight: after eel grass, several tire reefs to be explored. Slightly shallower than the right trail at~ 12m.
We have also gone to 40m at this site and saw many sea cucumbers!

Current: Current sensitive. Be sure to check the tide chart.
Bottom composition: Sands
Things to see: RAT FISH! This is the place to consistently spot rat fish, especially at night. Bioluminescence, is rumored to be here as well but I have not yet witnessed it. Otherwise, interesting sightings are: northern spearnose poacher and sailfin sculpins. Some said they have spotted sixgill sharks here too.
